Customer satisfaction is the basis of my business and extremely important to me.   An item may be returned for a refund if you are not fully satisfied with it, however, insurance and shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will only be given if the following conditions are met:

• Please email within 24 hours of receipt of the item to let me know you are not fully satisfied with it.

• Please return the item via a secure and insured service to arrive within seven days. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, damaged articles will not be accepted.

Antique jewellery is often delicate and cannot be worn in the bath/shower, needs to be taken off while washing hands, playing sport or gardening.   Miniatures or closed back foiled settings are particularly vulnerable and should never come in contact with water.   All pieces sold are offered in good condition (unless stated otherwise) and should remain that way if they are looked after. If they have survived for over a hundred years they can easily survive a few hundred more!
