A lovely Art Nouveau Child and Child blue enamel butterfly brooch circa 1890, with a row of demantoid garnets down the thorax. This piece is set in silver gilt with a gold pin. There is a hallmark for C&C on the back of both wings. Child and Child were known for using stunning colours in their pieces. Jewellery made by Child & Child is now held in many museums and is considered to be extremely collectable.
Measurements: 3.5cm x 2.7cm.
